Nicholas is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining members to strengthen the BTD’s Groups impact and community presence. He develops strategies for membership growth, welcoming new members, and ensuring current members remain active and involved.  Nicholas also serves as a key liaison between members and the leadership team.

He previously led international volunteer operations at AIESEC Uganda, enhancing governance, volunteer experience, and data-driven impact monitoring.  He is a development-oriented statistician passionate about leveraging data and innovation to promote efficiency, accountability, and sustainable development in Uganda

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Kyambogo University and certifications in DHIS2, conflict resolution, and leadership. Nicholas is committed to research, monitoring and evaluation, and youth-led community development, envisioning a Uganda where data drives sustainable progress.
