Moreen holds a strong belief that inclusive and sustainable development of our communities can be achieved when there is freedom from bias and stereotypes in our societies that excludes a particular group of people from contributing to their nation’s growth.
She has previously worked with the Ministry of Works and Transport, Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Infectious Diseases Institute, Platinum Plus Pharmacy, VSO Uganda, Twed Property Development Ltd and Imathia Construccion SL in different roles. Moreen holds Master of Science in Data Science (Biostatistics) from African Centre of Excellence in Data Science, University of Rwanda, and a bachelor of Statistics degree from St. Lawrence University.
