Wicklif Tumuhimbise is a social scientist with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Political Science, from Kyambogo University. He has a strong background in leadership and public service, having served as a student leader at Kyambogo University and later as a National Youth Leader.
He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Buhweju Caravan Youth Foundation (BCYF), where he champions youth empowerment and community development initiatives. Wicklif previously worked with Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) in the Management and Administration Department.
